Hello! my name is: Not a Travel Blog

     Okey doke... after the last two blog posts and taking into consideration the name the blog and the little ship on the Favicon, I realized I might be sending some untrue messages over here.  The main thing I want to stress is that this is not a travel blog... despite all recent appearances.  I guess I must be in a particularly wanderlust-ish mood, but please do understand that this isn't the strict purpose of this blog.

     Ha. I'm speaking as if the blog actually has a purpose; that's funny.  Nothing against travel blogs, they're fantabulous, but for my own purposes, this blog at this point will really just be a reflection of my own mental ramblings or thoughts... and that will definitely not constitute enough pattern or structure to fit into any strict categorical box.  

     That said, here and here are the links to the two travelish posts, just in case anyone is interested in reading them, but not interested in scrolling down into the abyss (it's not that scary, trust me!).  Hopefully I'll have some more varied posts coming up soon.  I guess we'll just have to see how this goes. *buh dum dum chh*
